tomorrow wonder women x mac power up and launch in Selfridges and i personally will be making molto effort to get to the front of that que!

top of my list will be the kick ass penulitimate eye liner. gone will be the days of a cotton bud correcter.

for months i have been looking for the perfect bag to house the wonders of my mini make up collection ... i may have just found the most glamourous (brushes included too)

and if there are any pennies left over, i'll probably treat myself to these too.

true grit

pahhhhh dont quite know what all the hype was about, yeah, true grit may be one of the most iconic films out for a while, the kids will look back and be jealous of their parents seeing it on the big screen ... blar blar blar blar i'm not too fussed.

that's a bit unfair of me, give the coen bros their dues; it is beautifully filmed and may, just a teeny tiny bit, have made me rethink the cowboy boot look.

many a school disco would my mum run me down to tammy girl to pick out a crop top and cycling short combo, that i would agressivly rip up the dance floor of Errington Primary School in. oh dear!

now, in a SHOCK come back, Etam has had a total overhaul and has been making waves with its star studded show at Paris AW11. huge acts including Mark Ronson, Beth Ditto, Boy George and the Kills performed throughout the show. the audience were just as sparkling with Kate moss, Alexa Chung and Princess Charlotte of Monaco all gracing the front row.

i wont be rocking a kitty kat crop anytime soon ... but ... there new collection of lingerie looks shit hot!

i am 24, surely i have had at least 20 years at practising what seems to be the fine art that is applying makeup. but having just had a mailer from Topshop Makeup ping into my inbox, i have taken a step into what could be the addictive world and wonders of application and styles.

for me i buy what i buy and i like what i like ... PLAIN JANE JONES! I don't strive to find new styles and my most daring is a purple or red lipstick (which usually ends up on my teeth and half smudged across my face after a few gin an diet cokes)

last month a friend of mine launched her own makeup blog (caked in makeup). it amazes me, not only her passion for the stuff, but her knowledge and commitment to buying and trying new products too. add her to your bookmarks its a great read!

so with what could be a new phase for me, i will attempt to spruce what is a MAC filled palette with some new sassy stuff.

this weekend 7 of the most beautiful people in my life came to stay with me for 2 nights ... my bestest friends in the whole wide world. they truely are the greatest!

from wine, to brownies, comedy cafes and discos to SATC, it was a total blast.
